Our inotropic program provides specialized care for patients with heart conditions. A team of experienced healthcare professionals focuses on enhancing the overall function through personalized care plans and medication management. We utilize monitoring equipment and work closely with cardiologists to tailor treatments to each patient's unique needs.

Bella Terra Schaumburg has a specially designed Memory Care Unit that offers a holistic approach to quality care and services for those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. At Bella Terra, we treat each individual and recognize their physical, mental and social capacities and/or limitations.

Our primary goal is to help guests recover their strength and restore their confidence and independence. Our comprehensive and therapeutic approach to post-hospital rehabilitation is specifically designed to help reduce their pain, improve their living skills and enjoy greater functionality overall.
